Aufbau University Virtual Learning and Metrics Capabilities Honored for Achieving Measurable Results

Aufbau today announced that its in-house learning and development academy, Aufbau University, has been awarded two Brandon Hall Awards for technology and innovation. The Brandon Hall Group Excellence Awards represent the most prestigious program of its kind in the learning and talent industry, often referred to as the “Academy Awards” of learning and development by industry executives.

The awards honor organizations which successfully deploy programs, strategies, systems, and tools in order to achieve measurable results for their business.

Aufbau was recognized in two categories:

• Silver: Best Advance in Technology for Virtual-Classroom 2016 – Virtual learning offers a streamlined approach to strengthen Aufbau’s colleagues and projects enterprise-wide impacting not just one location or audience at a time, but across Aufbau’s vast range of projects and offices, delivering learning options more timely and cost effectively.
• Bronze: Best Advance in Learning Management Measurement/Business Impact Tools for the Aufbau Learning Analytics Tool – Aufbau’s innovative learning dashboards enables managers and learning colleagues to effectively track learning metrics while increasing efficiency and evaluation quality and accuracy.
